While we are a wholesale manufacturer and sell exclusively through our extensive dealer network, we welcome and encourage direct interaction with homeowners and contractors. Our products are built in the Pacific Northwest for the Pacific Northwest. Our Western Skylight products are focused on providing natural light for all types of residential projects (new construction or remodel). Our Western Clearview Railing products cast a wider net, and have a variety of specifications that can be geared for residential and commercial construction and remodeling projects. The railing can be installed for exterior or interior projects, and can be customized to match the needs of your project both aesthetically and functionally.
Our most popular skylight products are available at your nearest stocking dealer anytime,  All building materials suppliers in our service area can purchase and have them delivered within 7 days (usually sooner!). Standard products can also be will called at our Kent, WA facility anytime between 8am and 4:30pm Monday-Friday. For special order skylights, allow 7-10 for manufacturing and delivery to the dealer of your choice.
Our customized railing systems are subject to seasonal fluctuations, so check with us for our current lead times before placing your order. Typically we strive to manufacture and deliver directly to the jobsite within 2-3 weeks of order, but please note that our timeline doesn’t begin until we have all of the specifications for your particular project in hand. Our shipping coordinator will contact you the day before to confirm the details of your delivery.
Railing systems that include glass panels and/or gates require an additional step. Once your posts are set, fill out the appropriate glass and/or gate order form. Standard glass usually ships within 5 days while custom glass and gates can take up to 10 days. We always strive to get your product delivered as soon as possible, so we will contact you as soon as it is available to schedule delivery.
Cable systems that are either fascia mounted or have stairs require additional process before final delivery. Your posts will be sent out mill finish (not powder coated) for field fitting and application of our Cable Post Labels. Once your posts are all trimmed and marked, contact us for pickup. We will collect the posts, bring them back to the factory for drilling, finishing, and powder coating. These extra steps will ensure that your system is customized to your exact needs.
